Main purpose of the role:

Responsible for managing the overall workflow / functionality of the equipment room and all production equipment.

Requirements
  • Storage/ Inventory management qualification or relevant.
  • At least 1-year relevant experience in storage or inventory management.
  • Knowledge of the latest gear and technology with strong technical proficiency.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and excellence.
Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing our extensive inventory of cameras, lighting equipment, sound gear, and more.
  • Ensure that every piece of equipment is accounted for and assigned equipment is ready to go when needed.
  • Coordinating equipment pickups and returns to maintaining inventory records and overseeing repairs to ensure that production runs smoothly.
  • Inspect and perform maintenance on assigned equipment.
  • Maintains up to date records of warranties, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
  • Provide recommendations for purchases of new equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Head of Production.
